1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within France.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping at €1.50 for all orders, regardless of quantity or location within France.
3. How long does delivery take?

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us immediately at support@kippt.shop. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel or change the order.
6. Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns for damaged or defective products.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence to request a return.
7. My item arrived broken/damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry! Please send us a photo of the damaged item to support@kippt.shop within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Are your products eco-friendly or handmade?
Many of our pots and planters are crafted from sustainable or eco-conscious materials. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific details.
